Booking an Appointment

When requesting an appointment, clients may be asked to provide their name, contact number, preferred treatment, and preferred appointment time.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. All appointments are subject to availability and become confirmed only after confirmation has been provided by a member of the Luxury Spa team.
Appointment Confirmation
Once availability has been checked, a member of our team will contact the client to confirm the appointment details.
Luxury Spa may use phone calls or WhatsApp messages to communicate appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, or other booking-related information.
Arrival Guidelines
Clients are encouraged to arrive a few minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Arriving early allows sufficient time for check-in and any consultation that may be required before treatment begins.
Arriving late may reduce the amount of treatment time available, particularly when other appointments are scheduled immediately before or after the booking.
Late Arrivals
If a client arrives after the scheduled appointment time, Luxury Spa will make reasonable efforts to provide the treatment within the remaining available time.
To avoid delays affecting other appointments, treatment duration may be shortened when necessary. Full treatment charges may still apply where appropriate.
Appointment Changes
Clients who need to reschedule an appointment should contact Luxury Spa as soon as possible.
Requests to change an appointment are subject to therapist availability, treatment schedules, and operating hours. While we will do our best to accommodate scheduling requests, preferred appointment times cannot always be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Clients who are unable to attend a scheduled appointment are encouraged to notify Luxury Spa as early as possible.
Providing advance notice helps us manage appointment schedules and make availability accessible to other clients.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect the acceptance of future booking requests.
No-Show Appointments
A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice.
Luxury Spa reserves the right to refuse future booking requests from individuals who repeatedly miss confirmed appointments without informing the spa.
Treatment Availability
All treatments are subject to availability.
Luxury Spa reserves the right to adjust appointment schedules, treatment availability, therapist assignments, or booking arrangements when required due to operational needs, staff availability, maintenance requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Promotional Offers and Packages
Promotional offers, seasonal discounts, treatment packages, and special campaigns may be subject to separate conditions and validity periods.
Offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Expired promotions cannot be applied to future appointments after the promotional period has ended.
Refusal of Service
Luxury Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where necessary to protect the safety, comfort, privacy, or wellbeing of clients and staff.
This may include situations involving inappropriate behavior, abusive conduct, failure to comply with spa policies, or circumstances where a treatment may not be suitable based on information provided by the client.
